We are so excited to introduce widgets to SIS TV! What is a widget you ask? A widget is simply an interactive component that can be added to a blog, MySpace profile or other website.

Below you will find a variety of widgets – small ones to place on a side on your blog and larger ones that you could place across your MySpace profile or bottom of your blog. To add these fun icons to your site, letting your users know that you are a SISter, simply copy the code that is affiliated with the widget of your choice and paste it in the appropriate spot on your website of choice.

In addition to the widgets shown on this page, we have also introduced widgets for everything in your portfolio! You will notice that under your layouts only is a code for a widget. This special widget allows you to showcase layouts and projects on your MySpace, blog or other website. If someone clicks on your widget a menu pops up giving people the ability to check out the project on SIS TV or access your whole portfolio!

So, for example, if you had a ten picture mini album in your portfolio, you can copy that code and paste it on your website. A fun SIS TV slideshow widget will then be posted showcasing your work. Or, if you wanted to make a custom widget for your blog's sidebar using a single project, like Big SIS Jeanette did on her blog, you can do that too.

To make the widget smaller, like Jeanette's, reduce the "350" in the code to 250, 150, etc.
