I've finally moved back to Madison and my life has done a total 180! I live with my goofy hubs, Al, and we have a cat (ME???? a cat person??? No way!) named Punkin (because she's a punk!). I work with a college-readiness program for high school students.

I love coffee (black!), trashy British chick lit, stand-up comedy, the smell of dried eucalyptus, and singing. I despise talking on the phone, cleaning the bathtub, and Jillian Michaels (but in a love sort of way...anyone who does her videos knows what I mean).
my family consists of...
a big jumble of people related by blood, love, or both. I come from one of those terribly complicated families that I'd probably have to draw a tree for you to understand. I love them more than anything in the world.
I feel most creative when...
I'm caffeinated. All of these ideas fly out of my brain. I also get motivated for creativity when I'm feeling emotional, which is often.

Update: When I'm on SIS! And when I'm at work and I can't scrap. I always get these awesome ideas and when I get home I'm usually too lazy or tired to do them. =(
my favorite scrapbooking products are...
stamps. They're so frickin' cool! I also love to scrap with random things found around the house or outside.
my favorite color is...
blue.
I scrapbook because...
something was always missing when I would just paint or just write. I realized that scrapbooking is a great way to combine my visual and written art. Not to mention, it's great therapy.
the best song in the world is...
Donny Hathaway's live performance of Jealous Guy. I finally made a decision, so there.
my favorite movie quote is...
too many to list, but one that comes to mind is,
I almost couldn't live without...
chapstick. Seriously, if I could only pick one thing to bring to a desert island it would probably be this!
