This photo was taken in the summer of 2006 at the end of Cabbage Camp with all of my campers. Yes, that's right...summer camp for Cabbage Patch Kids...it's a long story, but one I'll gladly tell. :0)

Just turned 50 and proud of it! I collect Cabbage Patch Kids and have a "main man", Adam Luther. He usually goes with me wherever I go and he's practically a member of the family. My web site is below but I really do need to update it. I am a retired preschool teacher and have a college degree in Art.

Two terrific daughters: Octopusouphut & a younger one that is in school in Philly. Also have a hubby that doesn't like scrapbooking - says it distracts from the photos.
I feel most creative when...
I'm alone. Also when I'm drifting off to sleep & even while I'm sleeping. I keep paper and pen next to my bed to jot down notes so it's not in my brain all night and I can sleep.
my favorite scrapbooking products are...
Basic Grey, 7 Gypsies, Foofala, rub ons, flowers, buttons. I love vintage looking products too.

I scrapbook because...
When all the souvenirs are trashed & memories fade, all you have left are the pictures!! I've done some sort of scrapping years before it was called scrapping. I'm just updating my style.

Thanks all. The album is not finished. I will load more when I can. I do have another album that I can upload soon, too.

I named my daughter Octopusouphut so that she'd have a hard time finding her name anywhere and to challenge her with spelling (she really doesn't need any help with that) :0)
