HI ya'll! I am from Birmingham, Alabama. I am a southern girl inside and out. I love the simple things in life. I am a huge roller coaster fan, will ride them over and over. I am also a big sports fan and especially love watching my nephew play baseball and my alma mater play football (The University of Alabama Crimson Tide). I am a computer programmer (geek). I love my job and love the people I work with, but would love to be a SAHM (hoping that my DH will make it as a professional BASS fisherman so I can).

I have two kids, one is my husband (LOL) of almost 6 years and we have a daughter that is 4 years old. I am a family person. My parents live 6 miles from me, my sister lives 2 miles from me and my in-laws 4 miles. I love having them so close to me. My husband is a professional Bass fisherman.

I am not trying to be and also when I am around others who scrapbook.

I scrapbook because...
It is an outlet for me. A time to get away from the computer, away from the TV away from my husband..LOL I want my daughter to have something to look back on when she is older to remember. I think Journaling is soooo important! Even if it is one line.

I was there the last time the Cubs were in town...sitting 5 rows back from the dugout...maybe I will share some of those pictures tomorrow!

thanks for the comps on my handwriting. And I honestly think it is about practice! Growing up, I was the geek kid who sat around writing all day. Not to write something meaningful, but just to write. Love my handwriting now because of it! welome aboard!
