I'm a 41-year-old fandom geek who has a passion for color, type, paper, books and chocolate. I collect way too many magazines and can't be without a book. My creating space has spilled over into our main room but thankfully my husband understands. How cool is that?!

What else? I'm a second-degree black belt in Hapkido whose favorite season is summer. I love strawberry banana smoothies and a good onion bagel.

Late at night after work. Oh, and when there's a deadline fast approaching. :)

Hmmmm, I'm totally in love with bookmaking at the moment, so Davey Board, paper, the Scor-It tool, PVA, book tape, etc. Also loving the Maya Road board books and the Hambly overlays.

I scrapbook because...

You know you think you'll always remember moments? That when you're in the thick of it, you think you couldn't possibly forget? A couple days later, the event begins the fade and then about a month later, you can recall a lot, but you've also forgotten a lot, too. That's why. I want to remember the sights, the smells, the feeling, the temperature outside, what I was wearing, what he was wearing. All of it. Scrapping helps me do that.
