My name is Savitri (sah-vee-tree) and I am a mom, wife, and working girl who LOVES to scrapbook (traditional, hybrid, digi), make cards, stamp, read, watch a really good movie, shop, travel, cook, and snap pictures (mostly of our daughter). I wish I can draw but I can't, so I let my computer, paper, and embellishments help me in this area.

I like to stay healthy and all that good stuff but man, I have a hard time going to the gym. But I think my once every other week gym time is doing fine for me. At least for now...
my family consists of...
My husband, preschool daughter, Lhasa, Terrier mix, and an outside cat.
I feel most creative when...
I like the picture(s) and the goodies that I get to play with.
my favorite scrapbooking products are...
A lot, whatever seems cool at the moment but some are Making Memories, 7Gypsies, Sassafras Lass, Doodlebug, American Crafts, Primas, Hambly, Weeds and Wildflowers, Prima Hybrid, oh and a lot more!
my favorite color is...
Red and yellow or whatever looks good at that time... I am into pink and brown and blue and brown... so pretty!
I scrapbook because...
I want to preserve memories and it gives me the opportunity to pretend that I'm an artist. I feel artsy farsty when I scrapbook and I like that feeling.
the best song in the world is...
Mariah Carey's older songs and I like that Avril chick too
