I have tried so many adhesives. I want to start making more cards that have more of a finished polished look. Any suggestions and tips would be appreciated.

I use the tombow perm. tape runner. Goes on easy, stuff sticks well, and the refills are the easiest ever. I cannot deal with refilling hermas. And glue sticks don't work that well for me, stuff always seems to come unstuck later.

I go back and forth between the tombow and the duck brand. I just love to hear what others use. I am not certain if I am ready to invest in the ATG.

I now use the ATG but before I used tombow runner and liquid, and still do sometimes. Both great products.

I begged my LSS for it. So that is where I get it now.
Jo-Ann and Hobby Lobby both have it.
I really don't like going to HL though, or Michaels...Lol
I digress...
Try your LSS.
It comes in a bottle on a blue card.

I love Zip Dry. I never heard of it before, until Cassie sent me a surprise RAK of it. Love it!! You should try it.

I'm with Cassie on Zip Dry, just used it at an ATC class on Tuesday, and it sticks, and really does NOT wrinkle paper. Bought some today at Hobby Lobby, not on sale.
Also at HL today they had the Glue Dots mini's in a roll dispenser. Bought them to try, about $4.00.
But for ATC's I love my Xyron 2.5 little blue cranker machine.

scotch quick dry liquid for me. I used to use the tombow runners, but they always fall off after time. scotch QDL stays forever and glues felts, ribbons and chipboard great too!

Someone said that the Martha Stewart glue is good.
I just bought some today, and haven't used it yet.
But I swear by my ATG gun, big time.
And I also fell in love with Terrifically Tacky Tape at SIScon.
I use it all the time now.

It is GREAT!!!! You can get it at Michael's, HL, and some LSS'....Probably other places, too! It's about $5-$6.

No, not at all.
I actually am really in love with it, and the easiness of it.
Plus the money you save from it, with adhesive, is just like crazy good.
That makes it worth it, by a long shot!

Another ATG lover here. And I LOVE the bigness ... that way it doesn't get lost in my space. :)
I also use Tombow Mono when I need a liquid adhesive, and glue dots for the small stuff.

i use 3m photo tabs for everything.
they are like $3 for 500 at hobby lobby and are on sale all the time.
i like using those better than a tape runner because they always seem to mess up for me.
and these are super sticky and work great.

Am I the only one using a Herma? It took me a few refills before I really got the hang of it, but now I could refill it with my eyes closed. Ok I lied, the first 1-2 times were a complete nightmare, I think I ruined an entire roll, but it really is so easy now. I love that it comes out easily and that I can use the removable adhesive and after some time it is much more permanent. I also use glue dots and pop glue dots and the Tombow liquid for some things.

Because I'm a cheap, cheap scrapbooker....I use Elmer's glue sticks. They suck, but THINGS STICK!!! lol.

For cards I use the tombow perm runner, tombow mono liquid and mini glue dots for detail stuff. Zip Dry sounds awesome though, I've to try it!!
Does Zip Dry work well with felt?
