Kimberly Brimhall came to visit me this weekend and we went out to eat one night and while we were waiting for our food we decided to play "Purse Scrapbooking" OK, that is not a catchy name at all, but the game it SUPER fun...so if you want to get 25 points, go get your purse...don't even THINK about adding anything to it...that just defeats the purpose of the challenge.
OK, do you have your purse?? OK go take it to your couch or dinner table to somewhere AWAY from any supplies, and make a mini layout using ONLY items found in your purse. If you're like me it won't be too hard...I had a glue stick in there and lots of paper that was basically just trash. Since not evryone has a glue stick in their purse, I will allow you ONE adhesive and that's it. I mean, no scissors, no tools, no nothing! Just see what you can create with just the items from your purse.
Everyone who submits an entry will get 25 points. There will be no winners for this, in order to keep the challenge pure (it makes it only a competition against yourself.) This is purely an exercise in stretching creativity, there's not good or bad...it's just about learning BUT if you play along you get those 25 points and at this stage in the game, I know points are hot commodity. :)
You have until Tuesday, September 16 at midnight eastern time (the time the boards are set to). Don't email it to me, just post it in the PC portfolio.

Hehehehehe tallynt.....tracy.....lol....add to my 3 points...I carry a Fossil briefcase purse and have a catalog in there for my shopping pleasure......LOL......I didn't even use adhesive....I used the BIG forever stamp cover that comes on the book of stamps...and turned it inside out like a piece of tape....LOL ...posting now...... :):):):):):):):)

I carry a Fossil briefcase purse and have a catalog in there for my shopping pleasure
well i just glanced at my purse and realized that I went to the park earlier with my son so I loaded it up again and I have a Parent Magazine in there - yeah baby, not to mention diapers, my camera (unfortunately I don't think JJ will let me print the photo) and lots of other crap. Woo hoo - doesn't stay clean for long.
Yeah baby!!!!

but I'm a teacher LOL and my purse carries my stuff from class to class (I teach in 5 different rooms....I have scissors, glue sticks, scissors, date stamps, permanent and whiteboard markers a large clearfile folder with each classes planning in... gonna be fun!

I have a spiral notebook and a mini pair of scissors and black liquid eye liner... hmmmmm and some tiny toys from the dentist, receipts- and a few other secret items!

I had the BEST time doing this...JJ just so happened to have a glue stick in her purse so you should have seen us making pages and eating pizza.
