am i supposed to let the whole video run through the buffering then play...must be an easier way this takes forever...help please????

Michelle, do you have the most recent version of Flash? You might want to click the link on the webisode page to make sure. If not, you can download it for free and that should fix the problem...if you have more trouble, email us by clicking on the "Contact Us" link and maybe our web guy can help. If you have dial up or even DSL you might have some problems. The video is done in Flash (like YouTube.com) so it should work pretty much instantly. Sorry for the inconvenience! I hate to frustrate my SISters!!

i am having trouble too, very choppy like buffering is not working. tried downloading flash 9 nothing happens

Mine was doing this for a little bit and I just paused the video for a few seconds, and for some reason it seemed to work. HTH

did i mention... i am so loving the parts i can view? this is really fun it's like having a scrap group, without having to go to a crop, leaving my favorite supplies and space behind.

I just wanted to let you all know that initially I was having the same problems and I have AOL dial up. What I found to work was to (just like the sista said above) just let the webisode fully run through one time around, and I will usually open a new window and browse cyberspace for a while, and then come back and play the webisode--and there's absolutely no choppiness, or lack of quality after that! :):)

For AOL dial up users it should take like 15 minutes tops for the average webisode :)

my sound problem is sorted..my clever husband just thought to go into the settings on my speakers and change it to sigma..yeh!!!!!!!!

Hmm I cant see or hear anyting- I also downloaded the latest flash. It just keeps says media buffering or something like that :)

I do the same thing. Turn off my sound so I don't hear anything and just let it run through, then come back and it plays just fine!

I can't view most of them all the way through. they start them turn off. I have the current flash player. I paused it like mentioned above -- stil not working.I view other webisodes on other site with out any trouble. Is there anything else I can do.

Hmmm...that's a bummer. Usually people don't have trouble with viewing videos just from our site. They're done in Flash which is what YouTube uses for their videos, so it may have to do with your Internet server getting info from our server. Our web guy tried to explain it to one of the Fashionistas who was having a problem a few weeks ago and it had something to do with a gravel road getting to the highway...made no sense to me, but in the end they ended up working for her. LOL I'm so sorry, I wish I could be more helpful. Soon we will have our FAQs up and maybe we'll have some better answer for you. Sorry, SIS!
