I seriously loved this webisode today!!! I think my favorite part was when Jeanette cut the sticker and then traced around the sticker for a border! I'm so going to have to scraplift that!!! Thanks Jeanette for showing us all how to use those caaute little metal thingies cuz um. I'm just not very mechanical enough to figure that kind of stuff out LOL.

Well, I figured a lot of people would see those things and wonder what they were! And they're SO cool, so I had to make sure all my PEEPS knew how to use them. :)

Okay, dear sister. This was brilliant! Seeing as we grew up in the same family where our parents were trying all sorts of fun things to get us to do chores, I can so appreciate the cleverness of this - remember the Horse-Race-For-Life game? None of these clever ideas lasted very long for one reason or another, but I LOVE how you can re-use these little "get 'er done" folders week after week. My kids are so gonna love this and what a perfect time to introduce this project - right as school is going to start and we all get a fresh start again - like New Year's. Okay, so if I have 4 kids, do I have to buy 4 kits in order to get 24 file folders?

ha! okay, the $60 shipping thing has me laughing my butt off despite the fact that i know you and LG are probably going bonkers today trying to manually do the orders. you can't ALWAYS be brilliant, you know, jj...it would make the rest of us look bad!!!

Oh my goodness!!!! I feel SO bad....I had totally intended to give Courtney D. a shout out during the filming of this because she was the one that found these file folders AND gave me the idea for making some kind of book with them!! Thanks COURT! I was kind of stressed that day and just couldn't remember like half the things I wanted to say on camera...this being one of them. :(

Two questions:
1) Where did you get the narrow folders?
2) Can you tell me more in detail about the age appropriate chores and the reward system your family uses?
