scrapfairy Big SIS (4368)	# Posted: 6 Aug 2007 10:01 I have download Flash 9, well it says I have, and still get cut off on the webisode. I'd say out of all of them I have seen 2 all the way through. I am not to computer savy so is there anything I can check to see if something is wrong? It says it's playing and then just stops, says nothing about buffering. Please help I have missed out on so much.

emoh CosmoGirl SISter (94)	# Posted: 31 Oct 2007 04:49 I have to say, I can't really watch the webisodes, as the streaming is slow and I kept experiencing buffering media... so all the clips I've tried to played is very pausing.....which is very painful to watch. is there any way, we can actually download to watch instead, rather than using flash player 9?Just a suggestion. I wish very much to watch the webisodes, but it's impossible over here at my side. :(

Big SISter Big SISter Big SIS (4201)	# Posted: 5 Dec 2007 01:22 Whether or not you're able to watch the webisodes or if the streaming is slow has to do with your Internet connection and your specific path (or something like that) to our site...I totally don't understand it all, but it doesn't matter if you have high speed or if you can view other sites' videos...there's just something between your ISP and our server that has a problem. Now if your problem is the buffering thing, I suggest pausing the video after it starts, leaving the window open and then come back to it after about 10 minutes, and it will have played through and you should be able to watch it straight through, no problem. Or you can just mute the sound and let it play through, and go back to it and it should be fine. If this doesn't work, don't despair because we are going to be offering the webisodes for download on the boutique site for a nominal fee ($.49) as soon as we can. The videos have to be converted to a different file type, and this takes time but I would love to have them all available by January. We are also planning to offer them on DVD in the boutique and hopefully iTunes as well. We'll keep you all updated on future developments! Also, it's not a bad idea to email support here and see if they have any other ideas for you...I only have that one trick...yep, I'm a one trick pony. JJ
