JCLutz54: I just cut my finger, really dang good with a cut co knife. I decided to forgo the stitches for a Nemo bandaid. Ouch.
brave woman. i hope it doesn't heal all wonky.
i'm off to finish watching some DVRd show i recorded earlier. and then maybe sew some more before bed. but i'm sort of sleepy, so maybe not. needles + sleepy = BAD. nemo bandaids would be useless. ;)

Gooooooodmorning ladies! I'm all ready to dive into the bucket filled with soap.... I planned a cleaning day today (that's my "punishment" for doing nothing yesterday - over in the Netherlands that's called "Calvinistic" - I won't try to explain that 'cause I won't get to the cleaning part at all if I did...) Anyway, after that I will "reward" myself by finally go and buy the flowers I want to plant in the garden... but the bad stuff first... GO!

Good evening, Ladies. What an action packed day today. Work, work and more work. Am however packing for our Scrap booking retreat every night this week. We are going to the seaside town of Victor Harbor in South Australia (if anyone knows it), staying 2 nights at the Hotel Victor which is where our retreat is being held. Lots of fun and laughter, and if we are really good, prizes. I hope the weather is nicer but if it is not then we will stay inside.
If anyone happens to be in the area, pop in and say hello! We would like to see you.

Not getting much done so far this morning. Laid in bed til 7:40 (I can be an early riser so this is late for me). Jumped right on here and promised Zeek I'd take him for a walk in 15 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago.
Have to breeze through here quick and then get going!
I blogged before bed last night on the hidden treasure of not getting a phone call.

There were LOTS of storms on Sunday--thank goodness I missed them! We (about 285 old cars) had our lunch break in my hometown which, about 90 minutes after we left, had a tornado touch down and golf ball-sized hail. My brother's new pickup sustained about $6500 in hail damage. 
I'm always glad to have a garage to protect the Chevelle when the weather hits. I don't even like her to get rained on!
