I went ahead and started a new thread from "Anyone planning a new ATC swap?"
There was interest in one on quotes, sooooo...
Ten to a group, will form more groups as needed. Sign up by 6/7. Cards receive by date 7/6 (there's a holiday weekend in there, but the 4th is on Saturday, so it shouldn't effect mailings). Please include either SASE for return or $4 for return shipping. Reusable envelope a plus, but not necessary. Leftover postage donated to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

I would love to join!  It would be my first Swap. I have been waiting for one to join, keep narrowly missing sign ups. I've been itching to get involved with one because they look so cute and a fun way to try some new things on a small surface.
What type of quotes? Any quotes? Cause I was thinking mom quotes or something..... "Were you born in a barn?" type of stuff... and I could start working/ designing on them this week... hehe can you tell how excited I am?

Any quote you want. Go crazy with it. I'm not picky. It's all interpretation anyway.
Mom quotes..... hmmm.... The only mom quotes I can think of are, "If it hurts, don't do it." (she's a nurse) and "Lynn A-- W----- get down here!" (when I was in trouble, but that wasn't very often!)

just mentioning it because there are a couple of new ones on this (as if I'm not a newbie myself still!): don't forget to put your info on the back of the ATC (SIS name, name, city, state, and whatever else ya want).

Okay so I kinda started working on my ATC. This is my first time ever making one so I thought it would be a good idea to test out some ideas and stuff. So this is the first design, not sure if I like it yet I'm going to try something else tonight or this weekend. But to kill some time, here is a sneak peak.........hope I did the link right, I'm not completely computer literate some times.

I think I'm ready to play again. I overindulged in signing up for swaps earlier and I am an admitted flaker, but I really think I'm ready and I could give you updates to keep me in line. Count me in. Who is going to receive these lovelies? What is our deadline?

Shall we go ahead and close it and make the deadline to have them to me by June 21st? That way I can have them back out hopefully before Fourth of July weekend. If I have them all sooner, then I'll get them back out sooner (but NO RUSH!) Postage again can be SASE (and include a couple extra stamps in case it's heavier going back-leftover stamps go back in the envelope) or $4 for shipping.
