I hope the "point and shoot" thing didn't turn all you photo gurus off! I LOVE scrapbooking but I'm not a great photographer and I want to improve desperately.

I know there are lots of online photography sessions available but I think I need something pretty basic to start with because I don't even own an SLR camera.

I'd be grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction....

hi cathy! i'm doing some photography challenges over on the scrap, etc message board that would work for you. or you can search back on my blog under the photography categories and see some tutorial type posts for basic photography.

You Tube has some great videos you know - its not just music and bloopers.... but lessons and tutorials on all sorts of stuff. I learned to play the first few notes on my Violin from You Tube!
