Thank you so much for this challenge! I have a two year old and I have been attempting to teach him colors and this was the perfect way to get interactive with it. We made a mini book out of a piece of cardboard that I cut into 6x6 pieces. I let him paint a color on each page. Then I let him punch the holes for the book rings. I held his hand while we wrote the name of the color on each page. While we were making our project he said, "Mommy I'm so happy!" He has been carrying around his "notebook" ever since and will not watch Blues Clues without it.
Thanks again for the challenge. My son and I both enjoyed it!
