I've never seen this movie, but I think I might take a stab at this.
You should def. watch the movie,it's great!You can watch on youtube in parts from 9 minutes.Just search for Amelie!

Inspired by Amelie.
And for those who haven't seen it yet, I hadn't until Fauve told me about starting up this challenge blog and when I tracked down the movie (the DVD was hard to find in my local stores, but finally found one @ Border's), I was so taken by it. I find when I'm designing with Amelie in mind, my layouts/projects take a whole new unexpected turn. It's almost magical. But yeah, definitely see it. It's lovely. Hope to see you all @ the blog! :)
