I am so green I must be sprouting leaves, but here goes:

I have all my pics on picasa at home. I follow the prompts on scrapblog and log into picasa. But then there is nothing in the drop down menu. What am I doing wrong?

Then I try to bring up different backgrounds and nothing happens.

I'm almost ready to give up, but thought somebody here might be able to help an innocent like me! :0) Please!

They have this partnership with Carnival Cruise lines and I have all these pics from a cruise that I went on last year so I thought I'd finally do something with some of them but I can't even get the screen to work.

Are you using it with templates or starting with a blank page?
