What program do you use? I love rounded corners too...I can help you out...just need to know what you use first. I use Photoshop CS2

I have a "cookie cutter" shape that I use that is used just like the physical tool. It is super easy, you just need the cookie cutter template.

You could also start off that same way, except take your magic wand tool and click in the rounded rectangle> move your photo layer above the rectangle layer> hit CTRL-C to copy and CTRL-V to paste :D

Picnik also has that feature if you want something real simple - under frames.
