at SISiversary about retro actions for elements?
i think it was audrey but honestly i didn't get much sleep and i've been on alot of cold meds since the weekend so i may be confused.

anyway, anyone know of really great (preferably free) retro actions for photoshop elements?

or any actions actually would be cool but i am in desperate need of retro.

Stacey are you talking about Mister Retro? For grunging & distressing papers and stuff? Or are you simply looking for actions to add to your photos?

OK, now I understand..... you are using PS Elements...I thought you were looking to make "elements" look old...I scratched my head saying "oh, she is going digi?!"

I'll take a look around b/c I use Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.....

Ashley,

This is one of the 1st plug-ins I used when I started out...it's free, it's easy and it's still one of my faves...I just went to the site to see if PS Elements is supported and it is.

Not sure if this is what you mean but this site has tons of free downloads.

brusheezy

I have PSE 6 & was able to download several of the brushes & they worked great, even if it said they were for a higher version.

yep, it was me. I'm so behind on getting info to everyone -- we just moved and I've been gone all week for work...

anyway, this is the retro action I use:
http://pinkinkstudios.com/store/product.php?produc tid=97&cat=4&page=1

I'm not sure it will work with PSE though...

www.atncentral.com is a good resource for free actions too.

Here's another link with actions for PSE - they're not free, but I don't think they're tooooo $$$$y.
