I AM TRYIN TO RESIZE SOME PHOTOS FOR A PROJECT
AND I NEED TO SEZIE IN PIXELS...DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW...

I would create a new document and set the size in pixels and drag my original photo onto this document and size it to fit.

It is possible that there is an easier way....but this way will work as well.

on the top menu, click image > resize > image size

I HAVE TRIED THAT AND IT DOES NOT HAVE A PIXEL...EVERYTHING ELSE BUT IT! I HAVE WHAT THE PIXEL SIZE I NEED, BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO CONVERT IT TO INCH..

PSE 5.0 definitely lets you resize in pixels using the image resize feature. You just use the pull-down menus for the type of dimension you want to use. Sure 4.0 doesn't let you do this?

Have you tried the crop tool? Seems like I recall you can crop your photo to the exact same size it currently is, but specify the pixels.
