How do you "tear" your papers...like if I want to layer but I want the "torn" paper affect..how do I do that...or is that a class question (oops if so)

..and since I am asking I am updating my blog and want to create my own blog header and lil column tags, I can do this in PSE correct and just resize it..

Thanks so much...

I cheat and use purchased digi elements that you layer on top of a paper.

there is another way - probably having something to do with the eraser tool.....maybe one of the other gals know?

I use an action I bought from Atomic Cupcake, but there may be some free paper tear actions out there. Jen Caputo has paper tear actions I believe at scrapbook graphics as well.

As for the blog header, for blogger, I wrote a template code for it. If you just want a header, you can right click and save the header there now, so you can get the dimensions and then open it in your program and create those dimensions so your header is just the right size.

I made this one last year for a scrapper... http://maisiedslife.blogspot.com/
