*How do I get it in my blog (still blinking) what blog service are you using?
*And how do I get it to link to a website? you need to upload it to an image hosting service, like
Photobucket
.

Tessa
In Image Ready you need to save it from the file menu (File | Save Optimised as) but first look at the right hand side of the screen to make sure the optimized format is GIF like this pic
To get it on your blog you will need to upload it to the web (ie photobucket).
When in photobucket copy the Direct Link option and then you can insert it into your blog as an image where you want it, in your sidebar or whatever - that depends on your blog.
To make a link you will need to add a link to the image. I do everything in html so mine would look like this (removing all the *'s):
<*a href="LINK TO SITE HERE"><*img src="PHOTOBUCKET LINK TO BLINKIE HERE" ></a*>
HTH :)
