My kids and hubby are... I feel your pain! Other than that, I can cook a ton of great stuff. Hoping to hear what ya'll had might spark an idea or two!!!

I'm thinking perogies baked in a cream and mozzarella sauce with smokies and maybe banana splits for dessert. This is not for the faint of heart and if you are counting calories....well lets just say I use the if you eat with friends rule there are no calories otherwise.....a few extra minutes on the treadmill are in order. :):):)

I have no clue what's for dinner tonight. My mom didn't mention anything and didn't ask me to take anything out of the freezer...

this maybe really boring but we're having bacon, eggs and tomato.
We eat mostly grain free so sometimes our meals are a tad boring, but we buy really good quality meat to make up for it, and let me just say, this bacon I bought is AMAZING. Good stuff.

I haven't cooked a meal in 6 weeks. DH can't stand the smell (chemo). To night I'm making spaghetti at his request.

Tonight we are having chili with corn bread pancakes. Tomorrow I believe we will be having oven fried chicken with mashed potaoes and carrots, and then I need to figure out the rest of the week. Options based on ingredients in house include a chicken stir fry, cranberry chicken with long grain rice, kielbasa and eggs so breakfast for dinner, spaghetti, sausage with red beans and rice. I need to get my menu created today.

We had taco salad...tortilla chips, taco meat, lettuce, cheese, refried beans, onion, etc.

The best thing I have found for dinner recipes is to get on Kraft Food and Family and subscribe to their free recipe magazine. They have the best recipes with ingredients you would have around your house. I love those magazines.
