Dear air conditioning company,
First off, thank you for selling me a piece of crap 3 1/2 yrs ago. Paying for new parts already has been a joy all by itself.
Then, thank you SO MUCH for not installing the new parts correctly. Because that means I get to enjoy your technician's seriously rude attitude when he came out to fix it last week.
Only, there was still problems with the installation. Still things the original installer DIDN'T COMPLETE.
So, THEN I got to be up last night from 3 AM to 5 PM because water was pouring out of my a/c vent ONTO MY KITCHEN FLOOR during the storm.
But, at least you came out today to fix WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY LAST WEEK. So that way I could cancel all plans and sit home waiting for you.
Oh, then thank you for hanging up on me today. THREE TIMES. It feels good to be hung up on. Sadly, I hadn't even said who I was yet. That was some awesome customer service, I have to say!
I asked for compensation. By compensation, I do not mean a measily few dollars. Give me a break. You've caused me so much more of a headache than that. Seriously, would you have been happy with the same offer in the same set of circumstances? I think not.

i am not forcing you but you offered so how about you put the beer down for one minute and fix my f*****g car?!

you are a grown adult you know...how about acting like one and being a little responsible? how about keeping your word?
i hate that i am more responsible than you and when i need your help you aren't there...then again, i should know this by now right?
i hate that i still believe you are going to help me when you obvsiously could care less. i work an hour away from home-i need my car!! i don't want to have to wake up at 5am to catch the bus. oh, and did i mention i also go to school and if i dont have the car fixed there is no public transportation...so i have to walk like 2miles and i get outta school at 11pm? do you want me to then walk 10miles home??
btw, i wouldnt have to work if you would've taken responsibility of your family years ago. why am i supporting the family you left behind?!
all i ask is for 30 mins of sobriety. it's not a hard job, if i could do it myself i would but you never taught me.

p.s. next time please say you cant or don't want to do it and dont come over at all, or sober up before you get to my house-you reeked of alcohol and it's an embarrasement to be seen with you when we go to the auto parts store.
p.s.s. no, u can't crash on our couch tonight or any night-my mom and my brothers both agree there's isnt room for you at out house anymore.

woohoo! I hope they can get everything straightened out for you. it really sucks when you put so much money into something thinking that you will avoid stuff like this. they better compensate!! :)

Why oh why did you decide to put super cheesy bacon fries on your menu, I will never know. Is it because you knew suckers like me would have one taste and keep going back for more?! Please remove them from your menu. They are too good to resist and I have no willpower.

could you please stop talking over me when I am trying to ask you questions about my account? it is rude. and annoying.
and also, I know you weren't the last person I talked to, but um, shouldn't you keep a record of that for situations just like this, when, as you've so sarcastically told me, that my "special" will increase in price in 2 months, and no one has ever told me that a. I have a special price and 2. I will be seeing a price increase?
the whole point of taking 30 minutes of my day, out of the precious time that I barely get to see my son anymore thanks to his lying, cheating father and my having to return to work, to call your sorry customer service department to please take off my service things I don't need to survive so that I may have a lower monthly bill. all I really got today was frustrated. and the new information of my "special" price increase that I have to look forward to soon.

Dear USA companies,
When I need help, I want to talk first of all to a real person and second of all to an English as a first language person!!!
I'm already frustrated enough that I HAVE a problem with your item. I just get more frustrated when your employees don't understand ME, who speaks clear English. I also get frustrated that I have a hard time trying to figure out what they say. If I were in India or China I would expect to try to understand what they are saying. But when I'm in America and your company is in America I don't want the customer service lines to be answered in India!

* You really hurt me when you said you don't want the pictures of your son and me in a frame. I printed two great pictures of us want to put in a frame so when BF and I move in together this fall, she has a pictures of us
* It really hurts me you call my new sweater a pregnacy sweater (WTF I really love that sweater, otherwise I didn't bought it!)
* It really hurts me that you removed all kind of pictureframes from the livingroom from BF father (who died 9 years ago) and the only picture you had of your son and me!
* It really hurts when you say to your son that it's time to leave her house, because he has a job and is too old to live at home... (Why? We're only 24 and 23!)
