I am STILL totally jonesing about this concert and it was last night!
amazing really doesn't even begin to cover it!

John sounded beyond amazing. such cool guitar stuff and totally cool with letting some of the other guys in the band shine

they played a wide variety of stuff, plenty of the blues/jazz stuff, some of his hits and i nearly peed my pants when he did sweet child of mine!! goofy axl dance and all

and can i just say he is HOT!!!! was so surprised when he came out. been expecting the same cute, nerdy guy on the album cover I've got

oh. my.

that is so not what come out on stage!!! muscles forever, thank you to whomever invented the tank top. it was made for someone like him and not all the other guys you see it on. and the tats! *swoon* i'd seen a picture recently and no tats (not to mention he still had his curls) but for some reason seeing a former geek, all muscled up, singing and playing like nobody's business and the ink....... i was even happier than ever that I'd gotten the tickets

anyone else a john fan??? or have links to some good, recent pics??

I am a john fan and would love to see him in concert some time..... my favorite thing about him is he tries so hard to be himself and not what everyone else in hollywood is like. I was flipping channels the other day and I saw him on Tmz he was totally hamming it up to the cameras instead of shunning them and getting mad at them.

with muscles or not he's one of my favs

i've always thought he was a totally cool guy
love his intelligence and wit
he's totally unique and himself which is hot and amazing
have enjoyed his music though not been a huge, huge, gotta know everything about him fan.
that's probably gonna change.
the music was AMAZING! bought tickets for me and DH and don't think he was all that excited to go per se. but am thinking that when we left he was glad he'd come
hearing him play, listening to him talk and just the whole experience has just confirmed my feeling that he'd be a totally cool guy to just hang out with and drink beer.
