it was 5.8 centered in chino. it was different from the others. no rolling over here just a big crash.
We were just let back into our building

I called my brother to check on his family. They were checking out of the hospital with all the kids to bring baby number 5 home when it hit! So glad they weren't on the road yet. Hope all you CA SISters are fine. I grew up there and remember well the Northridge quake of '94!

she's in northern CA like me ;)
you know, we didn't feel anything over here at that time, but my husband woke me up early this morning, and asked me if i felt the earthquake.
i though he was just sleep talking... but maybe we had a smaller one earlier closer to here?
not sure!
i do think that debee campos (in san diego) and adrienne may have felt it.
i think everyone is ok, though!

my sister is in huntington beach and felt it - i left a VM for angie to see if they felt it at disneyland. i texted debee too. hope everyone is okay!

I'm on the 15th floor and we shook A LOT! It was actually pretty unnerving as it lasted so long. We didn't have any real damage, just mainly rattled nerves.
I think Suzy West lives up in Northern CA, so I would be surprised if they felt it up there. It's about 8 hours from Los Angeles by car. (Or 12 if my mother drives.)

glad everyones ok. I lived through the 7.6 in the dessert I think 92 or 93? I can't remember. It's so retarded that when you live there you go 5.8? psh.

my mom lives in tustin. she's 72 and gets rattled pretty easily.. just her nerves really... no damage.. her medicine cabinet flew open, alongw ith her microwave and a pot fell over on the deck.. that was about it... i live in NY now - but have been through several in So Cal myself... scary at best. glad everyone is ok!
