Okay I ordered some goodies on Etsy and still havent received anything.
I am getting really ticked off with the seller!
I also see other complaints from buyers that they never got their goodies, but that she had no trouble taking their their money.
Is there anything I can do?
Probably will never see the money I spent again.
It's been over a month and nothing, not even an email back.
What can i do?
I am so ticked off, these goodies were for a SISter on here....:(

Oh no! I use Etsy and I've never had that problem, so sorry! :(
If you used your bank account (either a debit card, credit card or checking account) you can go to your bank and dispute the charges.
Just be sure to take in a copy of your correspondance with the Etsy seller, where you attempted to get in contact with her about your missing purchase.
I work at a bank and unfortunately I have to help customers with that quite a bit, with purchases from E-bay, etc.

That's too bad!

If you paid with Paypal, it's just a matter of submitting a form, and with Etsy, you can 'cancel a sale' and then just choose the 'Non-Delivery of Goods' option. It's a fairly easy process, but it's unfortunate that it has to be done! :( Good luck!
