I read in WHO magazine today that Michelle Williams is a scrapbooker - she took her daugher into a paper source store in Boston and was buying some stuff. I remember reading a while ago that Carrie Ann Moss scrapbooks too. And I saw in a flash trash mag Paris Hilton with a double page scrapbook layout (all pix of herself) that she was showing off to the paparazzi for some self promoting reason.

Anyway, it got me wondering what other "fammus" peeps give the paper a shuffle and slap down their pix. Do they have their assistants buy stuff or do they do it themselves? I wonder if they would they prefer to shop online or in a store? Do they have "fammus" private yahoo groups where they share LO's with other "fammus" people who scrapbook.

Yes. I am bored. And just pondering stuff on this lovely friday night..LOL!

too funny. interesting thought... or do they pay famous scrappers to do their pages for them under a confidentiality agreement?

Wow - That is one person I would not have thought would be a scrapper.
But then I am sure he has no problem finding people to "Say Cheese" for him........

Rosey O'Donnell is another one......
Donna Downey loves Rosey and actually contacted her about it.
Imagine going to a crop at your LSS & finding out your seated at the same table as Donna AND Rosey..........

I have seen some layouts on ebay go for $400 and $500. Maybe all the famous people are fighting for those expensive ones!
I am famous in my own right.
I am the Vice President of the PTA and all the kids think I am some kind of rockstar.

I remember seeing a talk show (Oprah?) where Cindy Crawford was talking about scrapbooking and that it is her favourite hobby. They even did a segment with her showing some stuff.

Ha HUGH (he is so creepy and undead looking - kinda like Weekend at Bernies style - he freaks me out, not in a good way). Hm, now that would be some scrapbook hey, I wonder if he uses glimmer mist?

I think it is a weird semi-normailising thing to think celebs scrapbook. In their gigantic mansions. While staff prepare their meals. And a nanny minds the kids. Like I know they *all* go to the drycleaners and starbucks and organic produce stores, but I just don't ever think of a celeb as having a hobby (besides getting wasted at premiers and sleeping around).

I also wonder if celebs lurk around scrap sites at all. Did they start out at a non-celeb friends Creative Memories party. Did they host their OWN Creative Memories party. Do they make ATC's. Are they into traditional or hybrid scrapping? Where do they get their photos printed - or do they just print them at home? Are they slack like the rest of us with not getting layouts into albums. Do they store layouts in pizza boxes their mail order supplies cam in or gucci boxes that their last fab outfit came in?

Ah, these questions will have all of us pondering the ways of the universe for sho.

*snicker*giggle*snort*

I'd have first dibs on staying at the guest house!!!

Those are all awesome questions. You need to find some mag and tell them we all want to know and would all buy their mag if they did scrappy interviews with some major celebs. Seriously!
