NO! I read the first chapter of Breaking Dawn while at the pool today. Printed off the mb at goodreads! lol
I finished The Mermaid Chair so that makes me 9/20 It was a bit slow for me at first. I related a lot to how she felt about herself though.
I've already started The Great & Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray.
StaciJo ~ You read so FAST!!! I can't even keep up with what you ARE reading! lol

i'm now reading the life of the molepeople. sorry, i'm so bad at authors lately. it's a nf book about homeless who live in the tunnels under new york city. there was csi:ny that dealt with molepeople. i'm only about 3 chapters in, and so far it's a little 'eh'

Spent all day reading Belong to Me by Marisa de los Santos
Thank you Mel for telling me that this book was worth reading!!
I think I love this book more than "Love Walked In"!!! I love the flow of the book and the way the different characters spoke. This author is just wonderful and I'm truly looking forward to future books from her!
Thinking about starting "Comfort Food" by Kate Jacobs but I'm at Chapter 2 and not so sure about it. Will give it another chapter or two before I decide whether or not I want to spend my time reading it!!

don't forget to read the father's story too!! I haven't read Tweak yet but I've read the father's book and it was wonderful. Very interesting to have two very different perspectives on this issue!!

Update 25/40
This one was The Quilter's Apprentice by Jennifer Chiaverini. Since I accidently came in at number five in this series, I thought I would read some of the others. I think the author's style definitely improved by number five. Not sure if I would have continued if I had read this one first.
But, on to number two!
