They said on the news last night that gas would be 4 dollars a gallon by the END of the week...Well, it's Tuesday and it's already there. That is like a 50 or 60 cent increase in one week. It's so crazy. Last week they had said that people were having to QUIT their jobs because they couldn't afford to drive to work...

I don't know about you guys, but there is something wrong with this picture....

I'm just so amazed at how much gas has gone up in the last few months....

It's expensive in Canada too, not sure the exact amount, but how do they expect people who make hardly any money to live? Yeesh!
I agree with you there is something totally wrong with this picture! And there are tons of people around here that are losing their jobs as it is...oy!

honestly... i don't know how they expect us to afford this.

i won't even be getting a stimulus check this year because my parents still claim me as a dependent even though i pay ALL of my own bills

good thing i have enough scrap stuff to last me awhile... *sigh*

UGH! It sucks...it's about 3.75 for the cheap stuff here in N.E. Florida! I'm really planning my trips now and not just crusing around aimlessly/making extra trips etc. I guess it's good for the environment...is that the silver lining?

I forgot to ask...do y'all think these are going to be our new "normal" prices? I hope not but I believe it will be...sigh.
