Ok. Grey's is on tonight, but I haven't had this post for a few days.
How's everyone doing??
Food?
Excersize?
Drinking water???

updates please!!!

~I am doing ok still. The worse part for me is excersize because of the crappy weather up here. I'm doing ok with food..NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER!!!

I've been good all week! Amazing, but true - and I feel pretty good. Tough spot this afternoon though when I was feeling really stressed and wanted a giant piece of birthday cake. (Not that it's anyone's birthday, it just sounded good, really, really good.) I had some yogurt instead, yeah me!

Well my weight in day is on Sunday so we'll see how it goes. I'm working out but not as hard as I would like, I realized I'm so out of shape I'm going to have to start slow. Did The Biggest Loser workout last night and it started out easy but by the end I was sweating but still according to Weight Watchers the workout was only worth 2 pts.

I've exercised every day since January 1st. Been eating less...no junk in the house. And no beer or wine...last night I almost broke down...my husband came home late and it gets very hairy around dinner time...but I resisted!

I am curious how much I've lost but I know it takes FOREVER for big results. My goal is to squeeze my bod into some clothes that haven't seen the light of day for quite some time!!!

I hear that! I did some crunches like 3 DAYS ago and I'm still sore. So out of shape!

I've been doing a good job, but today I'm really hungry. Like ravenous. It's ridiculous. I caved and ate a pack of 100 calorie cookies that were in my desk pre-diet. I'm on a natural food/low GI diet. My sweet tooth is what kills me!!

Good this week: ran everyday, drinking lots of water (but I always do that)

Bad this week: 100 cal cookie pack, pistachio almond ice cream the other night

Pistashio ice cream is my favorite! I've been laying off lately though. Eventually it will pay off. I really want to get back into running, there's nothing like it!

k, so I was Not good yesterday. Lets just say Burger King was involved.
:( My friend is such a bad influence, lol. But, I think it should be said that I havent had coffee (which is yummy btw!) in like a week and a half or more! And, I had some yummy whole wheat pasta for a (pretty late) lunch today after slim fast and an apple for breakfast and a rice cake for a snack.

I just had a late afternoon melt down of pretzels and goldfish...and while yes it could be a lot worse...I wish it was...should've wasted my pig out on something a little better.

umm well i excercised but umm well I ate junk so guess thats not great! will try to do better this week
