Hi all !
Could anyone tell me how you call this :
It's my aunt's and she really wants me to put a pic of it on my blog. It's like a family tradition.
But I'm bummed as I don't remember what the English word is for it (not exactly something I say everyday )! And my bro is at work right now !

wow, thats an awesome nativity scene...Not sure if there is another word for that. I've not seen one b4 that has the other village members and all that-nice! lol, mine-since i just have a small apt., is just a teensy lil scene. Id show a pic, but the batt'ries need to be charged, lol, on the cam.

The little characters are a Southern France speciality, but you can find some in other parts of the world, and everytime my aunt travels to one of these places (like Southern Italy where it' a tradition too), she has to buy a few.
The thing is constantly expanding ! lol ! But we have to keep it within reasonable dimensions because it is confined into a closed cupboard.
Cats and nativity scenes don't go well together ! One of the cats always used to think she was the school's baby Jesus ! lol !

Yeah, I know, it seems infectious. It's good that it is in a confined space for now, otherwise....
But then I can't say anything to my aunt, I'm like that with scrap, right ?
P.S. so you can say creche, like in French ?
