sooooo i asked another boy out that i met at a party. yeah yeah.
soooo we're going to see AVP:R 'cause i loved AVP and 'cause i've seen Sweeney Todd and i don't want to see I Am Legend and because Charlie Wilson's War looks boring to me. (those were his suggestions - i wanted to see ST again, but...)
soooooooooo he lives way on the other side of town so i'm like, let's go to the theatre over there even though i live spitting distance from this theatre. i'm like, i can pick you up or whatever.
he said, let's go to the theatre by you. :D
awww. right? or reading too much? (i'm good like that.)
i'm walkin' to the theatre 'cause it IS within spitting distance. anyhow.
in our email messages i had explained to him ('cause he seemed puzzled) that i wanted to hang out with him 'cause he seemed funny and cute and smart at the party. he said, "I do wonder if you got an accurate picture of me at that party though."
silly boy.

What about Juno, have you seen that?
I would personally totally read into the whole going to your movie theatre thing too, but I WAY overanalyze everything to death.

I would be reading into it, too....but, that's me. And especially at the beginning of the relationship when you don't know him well enough to do anything but read into it. I mean, a guy isn't likely to come right out and SAY, huh!??!!

my two cents:
he doesnt want to incovenience you. thats why he insisted going to your theatre. that double deffinatly means hes interested and wants you to like him. cos if he was just hanging with you for something to do then he would have said yes to going to his theatre so as not to inconvience him. men!
but this one sounds sweet!!

i am a total 100% argue myself in circles over analyzer, and my thoughts on this one are that he is trying to be nice by coming near you rather than you having to drive. i wouldn't worry about it too much. although i know it is crazy hard when the person is totally new to you and you have no frame of reference for their behavior. it's all new and fun, but a little stressful! just make sure he gives you butterflies!

i think i might try to pay even though it's my last bit o' cash. 'cause i did ask him, yannow. :) and that will definitely make an impression. on the other hand, if i say, "let's go to denny's after" or whatever, then i'll have no money! heh. dilemma! ;)

I have this hard time letting guys pay for me, but I always feel so good when they offer.
If he insists on paying, by all means let the poor guy pay though! ;)

Well, I am no expert obviously, since I haven't had a date in over a year now.
But there is always the favorite list. Favorite movies, music, games, places/travel, books, etc.
Then you can ask about his family and friends.
What he enjoys doing?
Work.
