i am sooooo bummed! the initial tentative cast listing on imdb had emily browning (she played violet in lemony snickets...") listed as playing bella, and now it's the girl from "in the land of women." not sure about that one.
however, they have robert pattison (he played cedric diggory in the hp's) listed for edward now and i think i might like him for the part, although i was picturing this dude but whatever. i think i might actually like their pick.
you can keep up with it here if you want, and if you are as crazy as me. haha.

hummm....don't really know either of those actors, except I remember the girl from Panic Room with Jodie Foster...
I'm just happy they are making a movie out of Twilight...such a fabulous book!

I think Kristen Stewart looks okay for the role of Bella. That's the sort of girl I pictured when I read the books. She looks normal, like a girl who could be klutzy but still appealing and teenagerish.
I don't like Robert Pattison for Edward. I didn't really like him as Cedric Diggory, either, though. Who've they chosen for Jacob? I've always liked Jacob better than Edward, anyway (I know, I know, no one else agrees with me on that).

yeah i've come around to kristen stewart, maybe that other girl was too striking to be bella, she is supposed to be kinds of average, door next girl-y. so she'll be good.
i read somewhere that someone thought the guy i originally liked for edward would be good for jasper, but i don't think he's bulky enough. who would you love to see play the other characters?
i kinda could see the father from that october road show as bella's dad, charlie. maybe.

ok so i just read twilight...in literally 8 hrs! i haven't read a book that fast in YEARS! it was soo good!!
so i ran out and bought new moon yesterday. i'm saving it for the camping trip this weekend.

i'm here!!! i think both those picks are ok - i imagined edward a little more buff though - so i'm not sure about cedric, maybe he's more buff now :)
