My DD was so excited that she couldn't fall asleep last night and was up well past 11:00. I finally had to let her sleep in my bed. She woke me up this morning at 4:56 ready to start the Christmas festivities (she said she woke up at 3AM and looked at the clock and went back to sleep- I wonder how long she actually laid awake before she finally fell back asleep). She tore thru all her presents in about 10 minutes and then it was back to bed for me and DH.

ummm ya we had the kidletts in bed by 930pm last nite but my DS woke us up at 4am (almost on the nose!) weve been going strong ever since and getting ready for round 2 at great gmas house! haha hes just like me though i used to get up bet 2-3am every year trying to see if i could catch a peek of santa so i cant get too mad at him :)

i prayed for at least 7 or 8...
and i got 710....
(and thats sleeping in for me...so it worked all the way around)
i remember as a kid getting up at like 4....
so i was prepared for whatever.

my daughter came into my room at 5am - told her it wasn't morning yet to go back to sleet - came in 6am - and we all got up!!! we are heading out to ride the razors they got - luckily it's a sunny, mild 40 something day in NY today. happy holidays everyone.

All was rowdy and awake at theis abode at 6:40am!!!
Massive paper flying and all done unwrapping in a matter of 15 minutes...but they sure are enjoying their toys!

kids were up at 7:30 .they came and got us at 8:30 .. so nice of them to let mommy sleep.. we had dh family here last night till 10:30 so i am really tired..
but as my real sister said some of us went back to sleep and i am not one of them!!lol

before the sun was up but they slept all the way home lastnight so we had christmas at about 11:45 last night thought we could sleep in hahah they were up playing bright and early

The first time was 12am, the next time was 3:30am, the final time was 6:30am! We didn't get much sleep, they were so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard my kids at 5:00, but they must have gone back to bed because they didn't come to get us until around 7:00, which was still too early since I was up until 1:00am doing stockings and whatnot. A Christmas nap may be in order!

my kids woke me up several times during the night - i think they wanted their christmas tuna! they kept pawing my face!
so we finally got up and looked in their stockings!
they were quite excited and now i'm going to give them some christmas catnip. :)

my hubs is a fireman ... he was on duty yesterday, so we visited him at the station & took tamales. proceeded to church for the Children's Mass. we gave our boys specific instructions to only open their stockings ... i heard them @ 4:40 a.m. this morning! they did keep themselves entertained w/ the trinkets in there. i made it out of bed at 6:30.
dh made it home a little before 7 a.m. and it was time for presents!
it has been Wii mania all day here!

my kiddos didn't get us up until 7:00a, but we ended up with three of them in our room, one daughter was coughing ALL night poor little thing. I've already had two naps today and they were glorious!

My kids are so lame, I had to go in and tickle their feet to wake them up at 6:30 (note: I do not really think my kids are lame, they just NEVER sleep in and for some reason they decided today was the day for it).
We have had a wonderful and fun filled day.

its the 26th here + I'm feeling pooped!!
my kids got up at 7.30 on xmas morning but sadly I didn't feel like I had a sleep in as my oldest was sick + everytime i went into his room to stuff his socking (we put their stocking on the end of their beds) he woke up + finally at 2.30am I was able to stuff the stocking!!! I felt like i had a new born again...........over tired + tearful!!
and then last night my 5yr old was up vomiting everywhere but the bowl!! Nothing like cleaning for an hr at 2am!!
so today we are chilling + just hanging out with just us + playing with the kids + their toys + watching dvd's!!
enjoy the rest of your day girls + hope you are all wrapped up warm!!
we had a wet wet wet xmas day.............so much for a summer xmas!!
but hey it was still FUN!! :)

LOL...we didn't get to bed until about 1:00 this morning and my darling husband was the first one up!!!!!!! Good Lord!!, we were up around 8ish, which isn't all together too bad but it just makes me laugh that when my daughter is now a teen and sleeps, my hubby is up!!

I was so lucky!!! We had a big night last night and didn't get home till 1:00 am. so our little peanut didn't get up until 10:30!!! I got up at 9:30 made breakfast, started a fire, cleaned up the kitchen then sat and waited for DD and DH to get up!!
DD just passed out in Papa's arms. She didn't have a nap today, so she was exhausted!!!
