Ik hoop dat je dit nog leest. Ik vind het ontzettend moedig van je dat je deze stap genomen hebt. Het is niet makkelijk en waarschijnlijk wordt het nog even moeilijker. Maar onthoud dat na regen komt altijd zonneschijn, ookal duurt het soms wat langer.
Heb vertrouwen in jezelf, je bent sterker dan je denkt. Ik denk aan je!
Heel veel sterkte in deze zware tijd.

I am so sorry to hear about this! Believe me, it does get better! I know! I do suffer from panic attacks as well but I got over them for most part! Good luck girl!
