ok so over here in Australia its the start of Summer - beach, swimming, bbq's etc but over 'there' its winter ... Im just curious to hear what everyone will be doing on Christmas day? How do you plan to spend the day?

For us we start on Christmas Eve and have a few friends over for a BBQ & swim. Then Christmas Day we have presents and a bbq breakfast then family arrive mid morning for lunch, then late afternoon its drinks and nibblies in the evening at friends. I love Christmas. 23 days to go

Wow... that's so weird to hear you say you have a bbq and swim on Christmas eve and day. That's sooo crazy.

Here it's freezing, usually snowing, and we are all bundled up, by the fire!!

I know it must sound crazy!! I just looked up a temperature converter so you can see the difference ...

Where I live is quite hot! and we average temps of 37C - 47C (98F - 116F) through December to February!

Swim anyone LOL

Holy moly!! It is usually like 0F - 20 something F usually around here, if not negative something. Sooo cold.

Wow, Jaimie....those are the temps here in Arizona during May thru Oct.

Now we have highs of 65F, lows of 45F, or so.

It's hard to imagine it's so hot somewhere right now!

Kit - your winter temps are the same as ours ... we have a very dry climate as we are on the edge of a desert
