I have been Niles' mom... as I was blogging a happy birthday message to him, I started bawling. My heart feels so raw right now, I'm excited for him, but I just can't believe he's a teenager...here I go again crying, oh silliness. Anyway, I just needed to share a little bit here, because I know you all understand:)

they grow up way way too fast.
don't cry though. be happy that you can watch him grow into the man you've raised him to be.

Awww, sweetie. I know what you mean. I'll just be watching my kids . . . being all, well . . . BIG, and I'll start crying!! My oldest turned 10 this year, and all day, I was uber-emotional!!

Awww. It IS hard to see that time slip away so quickly. But, remember to celebrate all of those fantastic moments you've had and what a fantastic job you've done raising a "young man" who is going to make a great mark in the world. Happy Birthday, Niles!!

OH, do I ever no how you feel! My oldest is a junior in high school. How did that happen? I've been having a mini crisis over it for the last three years. HUGS!!

Yeah I'm crying about my youngest (19M) not being a baby anymore...I'll flood this place out when mine hit the teen years!!!

Thank you ladies for your sweet words...I'm feeling a little more stable now (I'm never fully there mind you)
