Okay so we had a major storm here last night. Tons of rain, thunder, wind, and then basically all the town's power went out.
I am at my sisters as she finally got power, but not sure about my place.
So forgive me if I am late with getting things up today, am going to head home to see if our power is working.
Anyways just thought I would let you know, as I have to get up the "Getting to know me swap" up and running etc...thanks all.
By the way I am on Vancouver Island. ;)

Huh, Bernadette said she was getting some bad storms too! I wonder if her power went out also.

thanks, our power went on and then out again, no computer etc.
Am at my sisters again. Sorry all will get all things done when i can.
Hopefully my power will be up soon to stay! :)

hate storms like that, crazy weather is scary.
we get them all the time where i live, no power is no fun.
glad u have somewhere else to head to though :D

Hey Jodie! :)
The storm ended this this morning, but I heard we might get another.
My hubby told me our power was back up, but I'm just hoping it stays that way.
We are still at my sisters, watching a dvd.
