I knew about 1 week out with both. Don't know how, I just "knew". A test did not confirm what I "knew" till about another week or week and a half. The first couple of tests were negative, but I knew that something was changing in my body and that the darn test was WRONG.

Some tests you can do the day you expect your period although sometimes the test may be negative even if you are pregnant.

Ok, so I am supposed to start on the 7th, but today I was feeling naucious off and on and also, I a few times today, I had to fight back the urge to cry at stupid things. I took a test 20 minutes ago...the one with the lines on it 1 is no 2 is yes, well one was really blatant and the other you could see, but it was light...not the light that you have to fight to see it, but you can see it. It is ne of the First Response ones. Has anyone had this happen to them?

I have heard of this happening when you are pretty early on.
I suggest taking another one first thing in the morning, when the hormones have had a chance to bulid up.
how do your boobs feel? mine were sensitive, but full and firm (I know, TMI, but it's true)
are you thirsty alot? (I thought I had west nile, I was drinking so much water and was so lethargic)
how does food taste? for me, everything was so gross.
are you tired, for no reason?
those are some things to ask yourself.

two lines is a yes, girl. Doesn't matter how light the line is! I would still do it again in the morning. I know I have taken ones where they were negative and you didn't see the second line at all.
The tests I took with my sons were both immediately positive, like as soon as it got wet (TMI yes yes) but seriously it was RIGHT away....I took them early also.

Yes that happened to me it just means ou are early on, If you take another next week it will come out completly. So congrats Or you can go to the doc and get a blood test. Good luck

Yes and it turned out that I wasn't. The most accurate time is in the morning with your first tee-tee.
I've had the *faded* line before and even though it says any line is positive, mine turned out to be negative. Also, when I took the test and I was pregnant, the line showed up right away, no waiting 3 minutes!

Thanks guys! I so feel like I am acting like I have never been pregnant! I have a little girl, but I certainly did not start feeling this way immediately and was never tired or wanted to puke until like the 8th week, but yes Deanna, I have been really tired in the afternoon the last three days, like I could just curl up and sleep right in my office and this morning I had to really fight urping my breakfast.
So if I post a pic of the test, would that be stupid? DH is working tonight, so obviously I have no one at home to badger about this

So not stupid! Heck I saved mine and have it in his keepsake box!LOL! I don't know what he'll do with it, but I couldn't bare to throw it out!

I got up early this morning, went to Wal-Mart, bought the EPT and the digital thing said PREGNANT!!!!!! AAAHHHHH!!!!!! DH just got home from work and I asked him if he wanted me to tell him I was pregnant now or wait ill this afternoon when he woke up and he just got a silly grin on his face!
YAYA!!!!!! Thanks guys! This is s exciting!
