My sister is having twins and her official due date wasn't until the end of October, so they had a planned C-Section for October 11th. Well, her blood pressure has been high, she had protein in her urine, and there are several concerns with the boys...so she's pretty positive they are going to deliver her today around 4PM. We're headed out to Huntington Beach in about 3 hours (driving), so I'll update in the morning. Please send us good thoughts, prayers, anything -- for a safe, easy delivery for my sister, for two healthy baby boys and for a safe trip for our family. THANK YOU!!!

I'll say prayers!!! I was due (for a singleton) August 10. When they found out it was twins, they wanted to try to keep them baking until the end of July, early August...That didn't work out, they were born on the 4th of July (very healthy, no problems) by C-section, with no complications, I hope your sister has the same experience (by the way, these next few months will be a sleepless blur for her:)
can't wait to hear how everyone is doing!

Thank you guys so much! We're home tonight and it's so far, so good. Babies & Mom are still in the hospital as of tonight. The boys are in the NICU until they are ready to head home but they are doing really well. My sis should be discharged in a few days. We'll head back out once babies are home. I ran around like a maniac doing the rest of the shopping to decorate/prepare for the boys (she didn't think they'd be here for at least a couple more weeks!) and it was fun and exhausting. :) Thanks so much to all of you for your good thoughts!
