I've been MIA because I've been in Atlanta for the last 10 days at my Dad's bedside in the hospital.
He had a stroke, then they found an artery blocked almost 100% so he wasn't receiving any blood to his brain with that artery.
It was a long road to get him out of the hospital and into a rehabilitation facility and it is still a daily struggle.
I had my son with me and we had to get back home to Florida and the hardest thing I've ever done was to leave my dad.
I posted on my blog about it, but those that pray...
please pray for a fast recovery and getting him home soon!

I sure will. I know how hard it must have been to leave him. At least you can know that you have him settled in a facility that can help. Hugs.

I am overwhelmed by the support from the SiStas!
He is getting better daily, but they are really having trouble with him having anger issues now. He is soooo fed up with being in rehabilitation and says if he can do it there, he can do it at home while cutting his grass! lol
He keeps telling them as soon as they turn their heads, he will SHOW them how well he is by running out the door.

im so sorry. i know what you are going through. however, my dad was in the hospital 8 mths. heres hoping your dad will recover much faster.
