Today they are undergoing their final interview to become parents. My Sis and her OH have been linked to adopt a wee lil 11 month old babe who desperatly needs a new Mom and Dad to love him......they have waited such along time for this day to come.....my Sis is full of anxiety and apprehension....I know just how she feels having gone through the adoption process myself.....I have prayed so hard that the Social Workers see just how amazing these people are and that they will be the perfect parents for this lil guy......please please spare a prayer for them today. Thanks.

Im one step closer to being an Aunty! :) My Sis had been told that they had been shortlisted between themselves and another couple.....it turns out that the social workers were so impressed with my Sis and her OH's paperwork that they decided not to persue the other couple at all! I cant begin to tell you how elated I am...my sis is feeling very emotional and has a thousand and one what if's running through her head...her OH is feeling a lil shell shocked that finally their dream is to become a reality:) There is still a long road ahead of them with final paper work and introductions etc to be carried out.....they havent seen this lil man yet apart from in photos and DVD's but right from the start my Sis fell in love with him. Ive seen a piccie of him and he is adorable....big brown eyes and chubby cuddly cheeks......Oh Im feeling soooo broody! Thanks all for your prayers and positive vibes. :) :) :) :) Big Sis...OH = other half......my sis and her partner arent married! Tsk! Tsk!

TracieH Style Maven (704)	# Posted: 8 Nov 2007 07:42 I just wanted to add an update here for all those who sent me positive messages of support and prayers of hope. I am now officially an Auntie :) My Sis and her partner have spent the last week undergoing introductions with their lil baby :) he is 14 months old and totally adorable. Last night they finally tucked him up in his new bed in their home :) My Sis phoned me last night and cried tears of joy - she has wanted to kiss a baby good night for such a long long time and now finally she can. Im so excited to see my new nephew and will be heading home in a couple of weeks time - lil man needs to settle in his home and bond with his new Moma before he gets smothered in kisses from his Auntie! Please spare some thoughts and prayers for an easy settling in period for my Sis and her babe.....he didnt sleep so well last night what with it being a new enviroment etc :( ....although this morning he was a happy lil chap and called her Moma for the first time :):) T.x.x.x
