Hey,
My DH has had throbbing violent headaches. He was DX in 97 with a left temporal lobe glioma, not operable without severe deficits. Well, we cut our recent vacation short because he developed throbbing headaches, etc. Came home, went to neurologist; who gave some injections; symptoms still there, so DH will have another MRI Monday. Please, pray that there has been no change in the tumor; that would be fantastic news.
You know I never reveal this kinda stuff, but this is such an AWESOME site!!

NO CHANGE!!!!
Hi, we are just back home and there is no change in the tumor!! That is the best news!
I just know, as you all do, that prayer works!!
Jim had the MRI; we were going to find out the results, hopefully, tomorrow, but the MRI center printed the films (everything is done by computer now, but we were given IRL films. DH, being such a persistent person, we immediately left the diagnostic center and took them to the neurologist. The neurologist is wonderful !!!; he looked at them right away and gave us the results!
So, the headaches are migraines, something new to deal with, but not deadly! DH was treated and is asleep now.
It is truly a miracle that DH has gone so long with no change; we were origiannly rtold at Barrow by the world's best, Dr. Spetzler that it would probably change for the worst in 5 years. We are at 10 now!! Yippee!
Thank you all so much; those words don't express how thankful I am.
