I haven't posted this here yet, because honestly I was too sad. But could you please pray for my friend Leah?
Her husband was killed Tuesday in a horrible work accident (he was electrocuted) and they have two children together..a 15 year old a 3 year old.
I sat with her all afternoon Tuesday, and it was just heartbreaking to see her in so much pain.
The thing that really hurt me was that the past weekend she had asked me if I would take their family pictures, because they had never ever had any made.
I of course told her I would :) but she was going to talk to her husband and pick a time for us to get it done.
The first thing she said to me when I saw her and gave her a big hug was "I wish we had gotten the pictures!"
Please, please PLEASE! Don't put off anything that you're wanting to do...life is so precious and time is too short.
Thanks for letting me share...any prayers for my sweet friend would be greatly appreciated. She needs God holding her hand through this.

oh my gosh that is so sad. you just never know. a good lesson for all of us. your friend and her family are in my thoughts and prayers today.

Those tragedies are so hard, especially for the little ones.

Life is certainly a gift everyday....thanks for sharing her story so we can lift her and her children up and pray for everyone affected by his death. If you need anything please let us know......ps - does she come here to SIS?

Thank you all...the next two days will probably be the hardest for her, it's the visitation and funeral.
BIT, Leah doesn't scrap very often, her and Tim were always playing pool or motorcycle riding together when they had free time :)

wow! i am so sorry to hear about your friend and her loss. this really hits home for me. My husband is a lineman for our local power company and a co-worker of his was killed at work about two weeks ago.
i will be keeping her and her family in my thoughts.

Don't put off anything that you're wanting to do...life is so precious and time is too short.
Your friend's experience certainly is a harsh reminder of that fact...
