kimbo SISter Elle (1927)	# Posted: 29 May 2008 11:03 Ruth is a very spry 90-year old woman. I couldn't have asked for a better mother-in-law. Last night I was finishing a lo about my cancer experience, Ruth called and said she needed help getting to an appointment regarding a CT scan done yesterday. She's possibly looking at cancer. Please include Ruth in your prayers today. Kim

kimbo SISter Elle (1927)	# Posted: 29 May 2008 16:43 Just got back from the doctor's office. Ruth has a mass 3x3 in her lower right lung. Needle biopsy scheduled for next Wednesday, then we'll see what's next. Thank you so much for your kindness and prayers. I am a true believer in the power of prayer. I was given a 50/50 chance of survival 15 years ago for breast cancer. At the tender age of 37, I had stage 3 tumor and stage 1 node. After a total mastectomy, 18 months of chemo and 6 weeks of radiation, I'm still here. God be with you. Kim
