Still thinking about you and I'm hoping by now you've seen your doctor. HOWEVER, if he's not back yet--go to the ER or find another pediatrician who can see you immediately. If it is diabetes, she's not feeling good--whether she knows it or not.

PM me if you want to give your phone number. I'm more than happy to answer any questions you have or I'll find out the answers. Or I can get a referrel for a good pediatric endocrinologist in your area.

i'll be keeping you in my prayers too - i understand about the mom's intuition too - our old pediatrician misdiagnosed my son for 6 months. he said he had acid reflux, then abdominal migraines. we knew it was something else and nothing he tried was working. it turned out to be a brain tumor and an eye dr found it after we insisted we get a referral to get his eye checked (his left eye started to cross) after the ped said nothing is wrong with him. it was so frustrating. we ended up having surgery at our local hospital - all under this drs name since he was the primary care dr and he never once even checked on him. he's a terrible excuse for a dr.

anyway - i hope you get the dr situation straight soon and prayers answered!!!
