my sister mandy, whom you all have prayed for before, needs you again. last fall she was diagnosed with MS. in february a MS specialist said no way you don't have MS. we were elated that she was on the mend from the virus that had caused the MS-like symptoms.
yesterday, in the evening, she was having trouble breathing. for 45 mins she couldn't catch her breath. she called our other sister who is a nurse and together the went to the dr after hours. after it was determined she didn't have pneumonia or the flu they did some bloodwork and determined she has a blood clot in her lung. she is 30 years old. the drs are assuming it traveled there. while we are very thankful it traveled to the lung and not to the heart or brain we are worried it could move again before the medicine works to dissolve it. she is right now having a vascular test to determine the size and density of the clot.
please pray for her. i am so scared.

Awww that's so scary. Thank god they caught it in time! That happened with my mom and she had two of them in her lungs and they were able to dissolve them in a few days. I will be praying for them to dissolve it quickly. Please keep us updated. And prayers going out for you and your whole family as well.

thank you so much sisters. i knew i could count on you all.
i'm going to see her in a little bit, i'll post if there are updates.
That happened with my mom and she had two of them in her lungs and they were able to dissolve them in a few days.
thank you for this happy news. glad to know it can be easily fixed.

i just got back from seeing her. she is in good spirits in spite of the stomach shots they have given her of blood thinners. she says she will be released as early as tomorrow if the thinners are doing their job. i feel much better having seen her.
thank you for the prayers, i'll keep you posted when i hear more.
