My cousin, Mike Buschur, has been battling cancer for several years now. It's gotten to the point where his best and possibly only hope is a stem cell transplant. Fortunately he comes from a family of 12 kids, and one of his brothers is a perfect match. But every time they get close to the point of the transplant, something goes wrong! He gets an infection. An unexplained fever crops up. It's always something. He's remained incredibly positive, but at this point he is really getting down. Please lift Mike and his family up in prayer. This needs to happen! He has like 9 kids himself, and the family would be devastated if this transplant we have all prayed for never gets a chance to take place. Thank you so much for your prayers and good thoughts!

Lifting him and your entire family up in prayer!
My hub's uncle is dealing with the same thing. The bad part
of us is that no one is a match. So we have to find donors..
Its rough...

Thanks, sisters. It is very frustrating, I am sure, to have found a donor and have him standing at the ready, and then just keep having one little thing after another go and ruin the game plan. Plus, my mom just told me yesterday that Mike recently met with a hospital buddy who had been lucky enough to already have the stem cell transplant--and the cancer came back anyway! So now Mike is uncharacteristically in the dumps because everyone thought that the stem cell transplant was more or less the guaranteed way of making sure the cancer goes away for good. I really appreciate all the the prayers!
