Ok, so whoever is in charge of this...I am really sorry to bother you with an obviously stupid question, but here it goes. I am a charter member. The KC collection that I got was shipped via DHL and it seemed to take a really long time to get here. So my friend who is also a charter member for some reason had her package sent to her via USPS and she got hers WAY WAY WAY faster. So when I ordered the Shabby collection I chose the USPS selection because I thought maybe I would get it faster. So....I have recieved no email at all so far and I was curious about this.

Thanks for any help you can give me on this.

Mine was delivered this morning by my mail carrier.

Too bad I had to hide in the kitchen with the kidlets -- I was in my unmentionables!!!! So, he dropped it off between the doors and left.

That's the thing -- I should have known better, but it took us 8 hours to drive the 3 hours back from Chicago yesterday and I was booty tired and unmotivated to get showered and dressed. I had kind of planned on my collection to arrive Monday, so I was un-prepared.

However, I was looking rather cute in my Anthropologie cami and panties hiding in the kitchen keeping the kidlets quiet.

I'm so sorry about all of the confusion, everyone! I just want to let you all know that the DHL @Home service is between 2-4 days guaranteed. It gets flown to your local post office by DHL Two Day Air, and then your post office delivers it to your residence. If there is anyone who placed their order by June 26 and they haven't received their package by Monday, July 2, that would be considered a failure of service on DHL's part, and we would definitely want to know about that. USPS Priority Mail isn't guaranteed, and our experience is that the packages aren't treated nearly as well going USPS the entire way. We felt like DHL@Home was the best service we could offer all the SISters for the price...and we actually eat some of the shipping costs ourselves in order to offer this service. Now if we begin to find out that this service isn't making you all happy, then we will consider changing. Your complete satisfaction is our goal, so just continue giving us feedback like this so that we can make the best decisions in the future.

Krissie - I imagine that last month your package took a long time because of the shortage we had on albums...we were pretty unprepared for the amount of PM packages we were going to sell so we ran out of albums fairly quickly. We had all kinds of issues last month! LOL Lawyer Gary made me PROMISE to never run out of albums again. He can't stand it when you all are waiting and waiting for your product.

This month's shipping was MUCH smoother. All domestic orders placed by June 26 went out on June 27. Only two of those had to go USPS because their addresses weren't eligible for DHL@Home. So, almost everyone should receive their packages by Monday. IF not, please email support@scrapinstyletv.com and let us know.

Thanks for your patience everyone!!!

LUB JJ!

IT'S NEVER GOOD TO CORRECT THE BOSS, BUT...

When Big SIS says that if your package does not arrive by Monday, it would be a 'service failure' on the part of DHL. I need to add a little something to that: The day of pickup (ie. when something ships on June 27th, that day becomes the 'day of pickup') is NOT counted in the 2 - 4 days delivery. So, we shipped most everything out on Wednesday, the 27th. The 28th becomes the 1st day and the 29th becomes the 2nd day, the 30th is a Saturday and is not counted even though it is a delivery day for the PO) and Monday, July 2nd is the 3rd day and Tuesday, July 3rd, is the 4th day. So, if the package is not in your hands by Tuesday, July 3rd, it is then considered a DHL 'service failure'.

One further note: DHL shares these stats about their DHL@Home Standard service: 2 days to the PO. 15% are delivered on thd day they arrive at the PO. 80% are delivered on the next day. The final 5% are usually rural areas and get delivered on the 4th day.

I know this will not 'cheer up' those who do not receive their packages on Monday, but at least it 'clears up' the definition of a 'service failure'. BTW, if you do not get your package on Monday, please send an email to the other Gary in Customer Service and he'll be able to track it for you! support@scrapinstyletv.com

Here's hoping that ALL of your packages arrive YESTERDAY!
